Turkey
Turkey (test may be required)

Turkey’s international land, sea, and air borders are open. All passengers, of all nationalities, who meet Turkish immigration rules are permitted entry to Turkey. Any passengers showing symptoms including high fever, coughing, or respiratory difficulties will be required to undergo a PCR test.

Serbia
Serbia (free entry)

Serbia is one of a few countries that allow travelers from the United States without any requirements. You won't even have to get tested or stay in quarantine, but we do advise to pack a few masks too.

Croatia
Croatia (limited entry)

US Citizens are welcomed to Croatia. Only requirements are: present a confirmation of paid accommodations and travel plan and have a negative PCR result of a nasal and throat swab for SARS-Cov-2 at the border crossing point, which is not older than 48 hours.

Armenia

US Citizens can travel to Armenia. Upon arrival, you will have to do a nasal and throat swab for SARS-Cov-2, once you have a negative result you can leave self-isolation.

Azerbaijan

Your United States passport also grants you the opportunity to explore another gem in Caucasus - Azerbaijan. However, you will need to present a medical certificate after being tested for COVID-19 to enter the country.
