You continue to the picturesque Brera district to feel the historical atmosphere of the city. Explore the public areas with stories of its 15th-century owners ringing in your ears. Afterward, you make a stop at Castello Sforzesco to see history and style combined with Milanese flair.

Como town boasts several artistic monuments from different historical periods. After check-in at the hotel, you meet your local guide who shows you around. During the city tour you see the medieval walls surrounding the historic center, stroll through the ancient streets in the heart of the town, and admire beautiful Romanesque and Baroque churches. You see the Piazza Volta and Piazza Duomo with its charming old Town Hall building and its characteristic bell tower. During the tour, you enjoy public boat tour as well as a Como-Brunate funicular ride.
The highlight of the tour is the visit to the superb 600-year old Como Cathedral. Nearby is the Palazzo Terragni, an example of the modern rationalist architecture.

Following breakfast you check out from the Venice hotel and are met at your hotel by an assistant for a private water-taxi transfer to the train station. In about 2 hours you reach your next destination, Florence. Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver at the train station, who transfers you to the hotel for the check-in.
Later the same day you meet with your private guide and go on a comprehensive walking tour of Florence's highlights.
Today's program includes exploration of the Piazza del Duomo with a visit to the Baptistery dedicated to St. John the Baptist. Your ticket to the Grande Museo del Duomo allows you to visit the other magnificent monuments of Piazza del Duomo in your free time within 72 hours: the Cathedral itself, the Dome and its famous Bell Tower.
