Following breakfast, you meet your private guide and driver embark on a 6-hour day trip to the Sachsenhausen Memorial and Museum, the memorial site of the former Sachsenhausen Concentration Camp.
On this emotionally challenging and touching tour you learn about the history of this terrible place which was the center of the concentration camp network across Europe. On the tour of the memorial site, you discover the original buildings, ruins, as well as many permanent exhibitions depicting the history of the site, where over 200000 Jews, political opponents, and Soviet prisoners of war were imprisoned, and over 30000 - murdered.
After the tour, you return to your hotel in Berlin and have the rest of the day free.

After breakfast and check-out, you meet your private guide and embark on a 4-hour walking tour to explore the significance of the Jewish community in Berlin throughout history.
Today you walk through the streets of the "Scheunenviertel" with its special and colorful atmosphere and see the famous New Synagogue. You then proceed to the oldest Jewish cemetery in Berlin where the first synagogue was located and see the tomb of Moses Mendelssohn.
You also see some of the famous Stolpersteine (Stumbling Stones) as well as the house of Regina Jonas, the first woman ever to be ordained as a Rabbi. The memory of the Holocaust is ever-present in Berlin, which you witness during this walking tour.
After the tour and time for lunch you have a transfer to the station for your train to Leipzig. Upon arrival, you are met by your private driver who transfers you to your hotel for check-in. The rest of the day is at leisure.

Leipzig is one of the most interesting and vibrant German cities. It doesn't matter where you're from or what you're you interested in, Leipzig will have something to offer you.
After breakfast, you walk to the train station where you board a train to Dresden. Upon arrival at Dresden Hbf in about 1 hour, you are met by your private guide and embark on a 2.5-hour walking tour of Dresden, the splendid baroque capital of Saxony.
During the tour, you get to learn how much influence the Jewish people had on the history of Germany and especially in Dresden starting from the 17th century, as well as how much history has changed in the 20th century in the period of Nazi regime. On the tour, you visit the New Synagogue of Dresden, the Old Jewish Cemetery, and the train station Dresden-Neustadt.
For your convenience, you tour ends at the Dresden-Neustadt train station from where you board the train back to Leipzig. Upon arrival to Leipzig, you walk to your hotel and have the evening at leisure..

After breakfast, you check out from the Leipzig hotel and have the morning at leisure. In the afternoon, you meet your private guide and start a 3-hour walking tour. On this tour dedicated to the Jewish heritage in Leipzig, you discover the great influence the Jewish artists and academics had on the prosperity of the city since the 13th century. You get to see the Brody Synagogue, re-opened for the new and growing Jewish community of Leipzig, which is now the most active Jewish community of Central Germany.
During the tour, you also discover the dark holocaust sites, as well as places connected with the modern Jewish life in the city.
After some free time for lunch, you take your luggage and head for the rail station for your train to Munich, the magnificent capital of Bavaria. Upon arrival, you walk to your centrally-located hotel. After check-in, the rest of the evening is free for you to enjoy Munich on your own.Breakfast is included.

Following breakfast, you meet your driver-guide for a 6-hour tour. Together you drive 12 miles to the north from Munich to explore the Dachau Concentration Camp Memorial Site, the site of the former concentration camp, well-known for being the first concentration camp of the Nazis. The camp served as a model for all the other camps and as a "school of violence" for the SS men. During the tour, you walk through the historical buildings and the exhibition, as well as watch the 20-minute documentary film, to discover the history associated with this dark place that became the center of all the camps throughout southern Germany and Austria, collectively called Dachau. Until April 29, 1945, when U.S. troops liberated the survivors of the camp, over 200000 prisoners have been registered at the main Dachau camp.
Then you return to Munich and have a city walk dedicated to Jewish heritage. You explore a complex of Jewish institutions located right in the heart of the old town, visit St. Jacobs Square with a new synagogue, and see a state-run Jewish museum (entrance not included).
After the tour, you return to the hotel or continue exploring the city on your own.

After breakfast, you walk to the train station and take a 30-minute train to Augsburg. Upon arrival, you meet your guide at the train station and start a tour dedicated to Jewish heritage in Augsburg. This German city is famous for its rich Jewish history from the Middle Ages to the present. It has traditionally been home for one of the oldest Jewish communities in Germany.
During the walking tour, you explore Jewish sights, including the impressive synagogue - one of the few German synagogues to survive the war. The Augsburg Synagogue has been beautifully restored and now functions with a Jewish Museum inside which you get to see (entrance to the museum is included).
After the tour, you return to Munich by train, walk to your hotel, and have the rest of the day at leisure.
